Hello, my name is Nichole Norvell I am the CEO of Our Redemption and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I am currently pursuing my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree to expand my ability to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. A little about me personally: My husband and I have a large, blended family with 14 children. We are blessed with seven grandchildren and are excited to welcome another grandchild soon. We also have three dogs who are very much part of our family. My vision is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals struggling with substance use disorders to achieve lasting recovery and improved mental and physical health. I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III with over 12 years of experience helping individuals overcome substance use disorders and rebuild their lives in recovery. She earned her bachelor's degree in Addiction Studies from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a United States Air Force Veteran, Sharee brings compassion, integrity, and a strong commitment to serving others. She is passionate about helping clients restore hope, build resilience, and achieve lasting recovery through a supportive and client-centered approach.
